How safe is it to upload my bank statement here?
100% safe. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your data is never uploaded to our servers. You can verify this by checking the Network tab in your browser's developer tools (F12).
Do I need to create an account or login?
No. All tools are free to use without any account, registration, or login. We believe financial tools should be accessible to everyone.
Which UPI apps are supported?
We support CSV exports from Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe. PDF statement support for BHIM, bank apps (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis), and PhonePe is coming in Phase 2.
How do I download my UPI transaction history?
In Google Pay: Settings > Transaction History > Download. In PhonePe: My Money > Statement > Request Statement. In Paytm: Passbook > Download Statement. Most apps let you export as CSV.
What is a Section 65B compliant certificate?
Under the Indian Evidence Act, digital evidence requires a Section 65B certificate to be admissible in court. Our Legal-Grade Proof tool generates a template that includes required declarations, SHA-256 hashing, and QR verification.
How does the duplicate payment finder work?
It scans your transactions for identical amounts sent to the same merchant within a short time window (default 5 minutes). This pattern typically indicates a failed first attempt that actually got debited twice.
Can I export the analysis to Excel?
Yes. The Export tool lets you download filtered and categorized transactions in CSV (Excel compatible), XLSX, and formatted PDF report formats.
Does the AI feature cost money?
Basic categorization is free and runs locally. The optional AI-powered smart categorization uses Gemini API but only sends merchant names (no financial data). This feature is free during our beta period.
Does this work on mobile phones?
Yes. The site is mobile-first responsive. You can upload CSV files directly from your phone's file manager or use the paste feature for quick analysis.
What if my bank statement format isn't recognized?
You can use the copy-paste feature. Simply copy the transaction table from your net banking portal or email and paste it in the upload zone. Our parser will attempt to normalize the data.
Is the payment proof valid in court?
The Simple Proof generates a formatted receipt for everyday use. The Legal-Grade Proof generates a Section 65B template, but we recommend consulting a legal professional for court submissions. This is a tool, not legal advice.
What is the Tip Jar Builder?

How does subscription detection work?
It looks for same-amount charges to the same merchant appearing at regular intervals (25-35 day gaps). If a merchant appears 2+ times with consistent amounts and timing, it's flagged as a likely subscription.

Absolutely. Upload your business UPI statement, categorize expenses, and export a clean PDF report. Many small business owners use this to prepare GST-compliant expense summaries.
