The page configuration is encoded in the URL hash. As long as you save the URL, the page will always work. No hosting or account needed.

Yes. You can set three suggested amounts that appear as quick-select buttons on your tip page. These are pre-filled when someone clicks them.

The QR code contains your UPI ID in the standard UPI deep link format (upi://pay?pa=...). Scanning it with any UPI app opens the payment screen with your ID pre-filled.

UPI IDs are designed to be shared (like an email address). Anyone can send money to your UPI ID, but they cannot withdraw from it. It's safe to display publicly.

Absolutely! Share the link on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, or anywhere. The link contains all the page configuration in the URL hash.

No. Just fill in your details and generate the page. Everything is URL-based with no registration, login, or account needed.

Custom avatars and logo uploads are planned for a future update. Currently, the page uses a default user icon.

Payments go directly to your UPI ID. Check your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.) for incoming payment notifications and history.

Yes. The QR code uses the standard UPI deep link format which is compatible with all UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and bank apps.

Yes. Simply edit the fields and click "Generate Tip Page" again. The URL will update with the new configuration.

No. The Tip Jar Builder is completely free. Payments go directly from the sender to your UPI ID with no middleman or fee.
